QUIGLEY
2025

Spotting for my dad on off-hand. The target is 28" x 22". and 350 yards away.

With 500+ competitors, the wait can be long and its hot.

My first year out of the junior category. Placed 2nd next to a great shooter.

Target 1: Buffalo that measures 5' x 7' and is 805 yards away.

Target 2: Octagon that has a 48"

diameter and is 600 yards away.

Target 3: Rectangle that is 28" x 32" and 503 yards away.

Target 4: Diamond that has a 24" diameter and is 417 yards away.

Target 5: Rectangle that measures 22" x 28" and is 417 yards away.

Target 6: Off-hand Bucket that measures 28" x 22" and is 350 yards away.

I have shot at the Quigley since I was 10 years old in the small fry division. We shoot each target 8 times. There are 6 targets but it takes 2 days to shoot them since there is over 500 competitors. I shoot a Browning 1885 with a 38-55 caliber. This year (2025) I shot 5/8 on the Buffalo, 7/8 on the octagon, 8/8 on the rectangle, 7/8 on the diamond, 5/8 on the rectangle and 5/8 off-hand bucket. Total 37/48. Good enough for 2nd place in the ladies division.

My papa and dad shoot and together we won the 3-generation

When I'm not dressed in my late 19th century dress, my orange hat is one of my signature items. Although I have multiple orange things, I am not a hunter nor is it my favorite color.
