Billings American Legion Post 4 is our local sponsor for this shoot. A representative is present during the first and second round competition at any location. The top 15 qualify for an all expense paid trip to the American Legion National Air Rifle Competition in Michigan July 22-27.
Memorial Day
My dad and I put flags up on Main St. in Hysham for Veterans day, Flag day, 4th of July, and here I am this year for Memorial Day. On Memorial Day our local American Legion does a ceremony on a bridge that goes over the Yellowstone river, the Meyer's Cemetery, and the Hysham Cemetery. My 4H club put flags on the veteran's grave sites.
